Walter Hawkins – Perfect Peace (Sacramento GMWA)

“I will keep you in perfect peace if you keep your mind stayed on me.” This audio clip is definately worth a listen — whether or not you are a fan of Bishop Walter Hawkins!   Hawkins and the Sacramento Gospel Music Workshop of America (GMWA) minister to us in song — reminding us that when we are worried and troubled to “keep your mind” stayed on God!  It seems like an easy task — to keep your mind stayed — but more often than not we find our mind focused on the troubles of the day.  And, most would agree that we’re trying to figure a way out of that trouble or problem without even the thought of letting go and turning it over to the One. But Hawkins came to remind us of the scripture that God’s peace passes all understanding, and therefore we really should not let our hearts be troubled.  The question presented to us today is whether we will keep our mind stayed on the perfect peace that has been promised to us.  Peace & Blessings to you this day.
